Clientele
My goal is to support all clients with hope, genuine care, and cultural and gender attunement, and I welcome humor when it comes up naturally. We will prioritize your safety in session, so you can feel free to process emotions in a non-judgmental setting and collaborate with me to create a fulfilling, open-hearted healing process. My trainings include trauma-informed, somatic, CBT, and humanistic approaches. We will also focus on illuminating your innate strengths and building a base of lifelong resources.
I am myself an adoptee and offer a unique lens into related trauma, relational difficulties, and much-needed empathy and understanding.
Approach
My therapeutic approach is fine-tuned to each client's unique needs and is based in a caring, relational, somatically- and emotionally-focused environment.
I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and participate in ongoing trainings and personal therapy services.

Sessions
Fees and Insurance
I am an out-of-network provider (Superbills available) and CenCal insurance provider. Sessions are $180 for 50-minute individual/couple sessions or $225 for 75-minute couple sessions.
Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement for out-of-network therapists.
Therapeutic environment
All of your appointments will take place in a comfortable office setting with privacy and free parking.
In-person and telehealth sessions
My office is conveniently located at 645 Main Street, Suite A, in Morro Bay, California.
Telehealth sessions are available through a secure, online service.
