When day-to-day life becomes overwhelming and too difficult to navigate on your own, a therapist can help you take those first steps toward healing.
My clients may be struggling with relationships, healthy communication, isolation, anxiety, depression, grief, identity, aging, illness, substance use, the effects of recent or past trauma, or a combination of these. Some clients may be returning to therapy to explore new challenges or refresh their toolkits.
If you are a teen or adult adoptee or a family with adopted children and are struggling with the unique needs around adoption, I can help support you. I am an adoptee myself.
Clientele
I am here to offer therapy services for teens, adults, couples, and families through a combination of life experience, education and specialized training. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
My goal is to support all clients with hope, genuine care, and cultural and gender attunement, and I welcome humor when it comes up naturally. We will prioritize your safety in session, so you can feel free to explore and hopeful about achieving a fulfilling, open-hearted healing process. We will also focus on illuminating your innate strengths and encourage lifelong resources.
Approach
We can discuss initial and long-term goals, symptoms, resourcing, deeper material, and skills for ongoing wellness. My therapeutic approach is fine-tuned to each client's unique needs and are based in a caring, relational, somatically- and emotionally-focused environment.

Sessions
Fees and Super Bills
I am currently accepting new clients as an out-of-network provider. All sessions are $165 for 50 minutes. Ask me about sliding scale opportunities for adolescents, couples and families.
Please contact your insurance company to confirm reimbursement for out-of-network therapists.

All of your appointments will take place in a comfortable office setting with privacy, complimentary tea and water, and free parking.
In-person and remote options
We are conveniently located at 1181 Main Street, Morro Bay, California.
Online sessions are also available on a secure computer platform.
